The U.C.
The U.C. is created by Dominic L. Santana which is a series set to debut this winter.
"In 2010, Bay City saw the end of a massive manhunt and crackdown on organized crime. While their success was celebrated by several agencies, a small group in the Federal Bureau of Investigation understood that one thing was clear: Unless preventative measures were put into place, all the work that had been done would be useless. The age-old routine of organized crime would only repeat itself. When one organization fell, another would be waiting to take its place. In order to break this pattern, Supervisory Special Agent Sam Kerry is given permission to embark on a highly classified experimental operation, overseeing the development of a criminal organization led by an undercover. He entrusts Special Agent Alexander Washington to build and head this criminal organization. Instead of waiting for another syndicate to arise, they will secretly create one under the command of the FBI via the U.C. With the FBI working in the shadows, Special Agent Washington—operating under the pseudonym Omega—is able to take control of the city’s underworld under the directives of S.S.A. Kerry.
After three years, all has gone according to plan. No other syndicate has been able to rise. The FBI has even effected elections of officials with the rise or decline in the city’s crime. No plan, however, is without flaws. S.A. Washington, or Omega, is in deep where no undercover has been before, living the life of the boss of a criminal organization, and maintains contact with S.S.A. Kerry alone. The higher-ups in the FBI have made it clear that, if this operation were somehow to be exposed, all records of S.A. Washington as an agent would be destroyed. He would be hunted down under the R.I.C.O. Act, while S.S.A. Kerry would be deemed working as a rogue agent and prosecuted to the fullest. S.S.A. Kerry works to keep S.A. Washington from going so deep that he forgets which side he’s on. With so much at risk, tensions begin to rise; as Washington’s organization grows, the commanding officers of the FBI become more and more fearful of the outcome. As the only agent in his organization, and a boss surrounded by real criminals who are willing to die for him, Washington finds that the fight to stay true to his purpose grows with every challenge. His battle to stay connected to who he really is becomes increasingly difficult. The decreasing faith of his superiors and those who wish to be in his position brings Washington to a revelation: No matter which side he chooses, he stands to lose more than he ever signed on for!"
